ABOUT REIGN DETAILING LLC

SERVICE REQUESTS AND QUOTES
Submitting a form, requesting a quote, or contacting us does not guarantee an appointment or create a binding service agreement. Service availability, pricing, estimated duration, and appointment times must be confirmed by Reign Detailing LLC.
Quotes may be based on information and photographs provided by the customer. Final pricing may change after we inspect the vehicle if its size, condition, requested work, contamination, pet hair, stains, oxidation, overspray, or other circumstances differ from the information originally provided.
APPOINTMENTS AND ACCESS TO THE VEHICLE
Customers are responsible for providing accurate appointment information, a safe and lawful service location, access to the vehicle, and any agreed-upon utilities or special access requirements.
Appointment times may be affected by weather, traffic, vehicle condition, prior appointments, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays or necessary rescheduling.
PAYMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND REFUNDS
Prices, deposits, accepted payment methods, cancellation requirements, and refund eligibility will be disclosed when applicable during the quote or booking process.
Customers are responsible for paying the agreed price for completed services. Any deposit, cancellation charge, or rescheduling condition applies only when it has been clearly communicated and accepted before the appointment.
VEHICLE CONDITION AND PERSONAL PROPERTY
Customers should remove money, valuables, sensitive documents, child seats, and personal belongings before service. Reign Detailing LLC is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal property left inside the vehicle unless caused by our intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
Customers must disclose known vehicle damage, loose parts, aftermarket modifications, electrical problems, water leaks, delicate materials, previous repairs, or other conditions that could affect the service.
RESULTS AND LIMITATIONS
Detailing results depend on the vehicle’s age, condition, materials, previous damage, maintenance history, and selected service. Some stains, scratches, odors, oxidation, etching, paint defects, or permanent damage may not be completely removable.
We do not promise that every defect can be corrected. Any specific warranty or service guarantee applies only when provided in writing for the applicable service.
WEBSITE USE
You may use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with the website, gain unauthorized access to systems or data, submit false information, introduce malicious code, or use the website in a manner that violates applicable law.
